A couple of days ago I posted a little recipe for a protein shake I made after my workout.. which consist of non-stop weights and squats.. I’ve made it a couple of times and can never seem to finish it.. it gets foamy.. I don’t know if it’s the ice, or the fresh fruit, or the almond milk but I was about to give up protein shakes for good… Then I try something a little different today after my workout.. 4 ingredients.. it came out great and I actually can’t wait to make it again.. maybe tonight as dessert after dinner.. Here it is..
Delicious Protein Shake
1 cup Chocolate Almond Milk
1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
Handful of Spinach..
I only did half of everything to try it and its delicious. Hopefully this will get rid of my sweet tooth for a while. Enjoy!
