Day Overview

I will be keeping track of all my workouts and food intake on here and well as sharing products I’ve found helpful in the process.

Meal 1: 1 piece Sprouted Bread toasted. 1tablespoon Sunflower Seed Butter. 1 tablespoon Honey

Workout: 15 minute Stair Master intervals

35 minute walk/jog intervals + 5min jog on Tredmill

100 squats with 15lb Kettelball

post gym snack : Granny Smith Apple, tall iced vanilla coffee from Starbucks

Meal 2: 2 pieces Sprouted Bread toasted, Bean Sprouts, Ground Chicken, mustard, olive tapenade

Meal 3: ground chicken, bean sprouts and yellow squash stir fry with coconut oil, quinoa, half a sweet potato, arugula and olive oil/lime

Meal 4: 1/2cup hemp milk, banana, Hemp Chocolate Protein Powder, 1teaspoon Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips.
