Not all bodies are created equally! In terms of nutrition and exercise, not all bodies can handle the same protein powder or bar. Whenever I have Whey protein, my stomach starts to hurt. My stomach is very sensitive to the animal products which made finding a tolerable protein powder a little difficult. I did end up finding one and it was my go to for years, until recently, I decided I need a change, the taste was getting repetitive and when I overeat something, I get sick of it and won’t go near it.During my search I came across Pure Goodness – pumpkin seed protein powder, and thanks to Brand Backer I was able to try it in exchange for a unbiased review.

I like use it in the morning as a breakfast replacement, or before/after the gym to help with muscle recovery. I use my nutribullet and add 1 cup Almond Milk, one banana, and ice to my one scoop of powder. One thing I learned, Be careful not to use an overly ripe banana or sweetened milk.
