LOW FODMAP, Gluten free breakfast burrito

I’ve come to the conclusion that eating Low FODMAP is a little difficult, especially since I’ve had to cut out more food because of my lactose intolerance and irritable bowel syndrome. Today I made a quick and easy breakfast burrito that’s easy to digest and fills you up. This was originally supposed to be a breakfast scramble with roasted potatoes it changed it last minute.

BFree – wheat and gluten free wraps (found at Ralph’s)
Zucchini and Yellow Squash mix (precut from Ralphs and roasted in the oven)
Handful of Spinach
2 egg whites
olives and feta cheese (both optional)

Directions:

Cook veggies and spinach until tender. I add olives and feta but you don’t need to.
add 2 egg whites or whole eggs.
pour out and use pan to heat up wrap.
place contents into wrap and add hot sauce if you desire for some taste. and Enjoy!

It was so hard not using any oil but it came out fine. Filled me up but not to the point where my stomach was hurting and can barely move.
